  • For hygiene reasons, perfume bottles that have been opened, sprayed, or used cannot be returned or refunded.

To start a return:

  3. Once approved, you will receive the return address and shipping details.

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5. Exchanges
